Shipping Policy

Jelly Comfort ships from Toronto, Canada on a weekly basis, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days, once completed an email will be sent to the recipient with the order confirmation and tracking number.

All orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and discount codes) will qualify for free shipping within CANADA.

All orders over $150 USD (before taxes and discount codes) will qualify for free shipping within USA.

Jelly Comfort will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the shipping company.

Jelly Comfort ships with CanadaPost for both domestic and international.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic shipping time frames may take longer than estimated.

International Taxes & duties
International orders are not subjected to Canadian taxes, however, the recipient order is subjected to the taxes and duties of their country. The recipient is responsible for paying these additional fees.
